you would like to make a commemorative or memorial gift to
provide an enduring tribute to a friend or loved one, please
indicate that your gift is being given "In Memory
of" or "In Honor of" and tell the name of the
person being honored. We also will need the name,
address, and phone number of the person responsible for the
donation so that we may discuss with that person how the
tribute should be recognized. |
